Arts in Oakland is now an official Art Council of the Borough of Oakland NJ! We're looking for artists, performers, musicians, writers, sculptors, any and all types of artists and arts based Oakland Businesses who want to join the team and promote the arts within Oakland NJ.
In 2021 and 2022 the Borough of Oakland Participated in Creative Bergen's Arts Amble. Each year Oakland participated by creating a 3 day arts festival in the center of town with performances of all types including music, dance, theater, karate demonstrations, and visual arts including photography, sculpture, painting, illustration, bead working, etc.
We look forward to creating more opportunities for the community to enjoy the arts year round!
