ARTS IN OAKLAND
Arts in Oakland’s inaugural Art Show @ the Library Gallery & Performances in the Park features local performing and visual artists at the Oakland Public Library and Veteran's Park. This all ages event takes place Friday June 11th, Saturday June 12th and Sunday June 13th.
Set in the center of town, Arts in Oakland will host a Performance Stage in Veterans Park with the backdrop of scenic views of Oakland. Bring a blanket and get comfortable while you while you watch a variety of performances throughout the weekend.
In addition to the Performances, Arts in Oakland will be hosting an Art Show in the Oakland Public Library. Walk around downstairs to talk to the artists and to view a variety of mediums by local artists and Oakland residents.

WHO WE ARE
Arts in Oakland was created to support and promote local visual and performing artists, and share with the Borough of Oakland our passion for the arts. By hosting our first art show within the community, Arts in Oakland hopes to use this show to spark new programs and provide more opportunities for local performing and visual artists to show their artistic talents to their friends, neighbors and to the world around them. Future goals include becoming a 501(c)(3).
